Rob worked closely with the Ebico team for 12 months, to the end of May ’17, supporting us through a challenging, yet exciting, time in the Company’s development. He was responsible for planning Ebico’s transition from a white label arrangement with SSE plc to Robin Hood Energy. This included the commissioning of a bespoke database to support the migration of customers, developing the suite of customer communications and selecting, and providing oversight for, the third-party call centre. He also liaised closely with key RHE staff to help develop the operational relationship with Ebico. This migration of customers between supply partners was a ‘first’ in the GB residential energy market, and its huge success is down, in no small measure, to Rob’s involvement.
